They should concentrate more on frying the eggs properly and less on the green stuff to try and make it look posh.

Forgot the photo, but today o made courgette and halloumi fritters with fried eggs, avocado, mushroom and mordello? Ham (ham with garlic and spices in it.

Was lovely

I read wife is away ,then my eyes switched to pic expecting beer,come on man heheno looks good,I’m partial to eggs with toast and bacon I’d prefer that to a full breaky,

Had much the same today to use up stuff in the fridge

The fritters are just grated courgette, grated halloumi , mixed with a egg yolk, a bit of baking powder and some flour some spices (I use paprika, turmeric and chives) then squeeze out the water, pat them together and fry in a bit of garlic and chilli oil for a few mins each side.

In the photo I have extra grilled halloumi because I’m a pig

Thanks, I'll probably try that when I get back from my current overseas adventure.

You might think about applying some heat to those sausages though!
