Looks good apart from the tomatoes. Never been anywhere that serves them to try them and I am not likely to eat a whole tin on my own. I wonder if its a regional thing.
?A tin of tomatoes is about 30p.
So touch nuts for luck and roll the dice, I'd say.
They're delicious.
Pop the left-overs in a pasta bake.

tinned toms are a north England thing. I'm frim SW Scotland and do admit they are far better than the usual insipid "fresh" Toms. Loads of black pepper required.
Fresh toms bought in UK are poor quality tasteless things.
Just back from holiday in Crete where the tomatoes, regardless of the outlet, were absolutely amazing. Fresh toms bought in UK are poor quality tasteless things.
Night-and-day better than anything available in the UK as far as I can tell.

I would imagine that a fry up would be healthier than that lot.
As awesome as a fry up is, it is far from the quick energy I want before a 50km MTB ride or 100km road bike ride. Nope, something relatively light, easy to digest with fuelling on the go too. That yoghurt is shared with my labrador, I hardly have any, it's our daily ritual and more for her really. All I have is a protein/cereal bar, energy gel and a Red Bull sugar free in lieu of coffee since I can't stand the stuff but want the caffeine hit.
Great breakfasts like those in this Thread leave me with a lack of energy while it digests so only good when I'm having a lazy day. I don't do those very often.
Overall, my daily diet is pretty healthy but yeah, not sure about the energy gels I use. Happily, they are a tiny part of my intake.
Seeing this Thread does give me a craving for bacon though!

just go to your local butchers!!!
PLEASE
you will experience far better products
i do occasionally but find it goes slimy quickly, and the choice in supermarkets is pretty good now, even on par for taste and quality, when you work 50 hours a week it is not always convenient to do so.PLEASE
