Cheers, the left one overflowed and the white is the spray oil I subsequently found out was out of date in Dec 2018. I just wanted to show how they were made.

Found facebook video https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1689766331036586

Other options:
Spinach & tomato
Bell pepper & onion
Tomato & parmesan
Bell pepper & broccoli
Spinach & mushroom
Broccoli & chedar

But I suppose anything you would put in an omelet would work

Plastic container? Foil lid?

Could you not have got some raw organic milk from the local farm and made your own yoghurt or bought local yoghurt? I shudder to think of the carbon footprint involved in bringing over your teabag, and yoghurt packaging from the far east, and then all the local manufacturing and shipping. The wastage of that foil lid sitting in a dumpground, forever, if not recycled and the needless energy involved in now reusing that plastic pot.

Shame on you.

I ate organic jumbo oats that came in paper wrapping today wink

I know how big these yoghurt pots are, they sell similar in the UK too...

Still needs recycling, and always a chance Attenborough may find it and chuck into the nearest ocean so he can make money filming it.

Bit lighter than the full Englishes, but not by much.

Kale and bacon "bubble & squeak" done using leftover chips from yesterday, though technically I suppose it's a frittata as we were a bit short on potato so it had a duck egg in it to hold it together.

I'm sure they taste good.

But they look an awful lot like the rear subframe bushes for Clio and Megane.

Please don't give Renault ideas above their station.

Limited ingredients due to sudden Covid-related joblessness. Current feelings of worthlessness mitigated by reasonable scramblies.

Limited, yes, but also looks fantastic!

Edit to say sorry about the job and hope this gets resolved soon.
