How do some folks get such colourful scramblies In photos? Mine look fine in mark one eyeball vision but generally appear pale and uninteresting in phone shots. Fiddling with the colour balance or increasing yolk content?

Sorry about job Big Pants, best of luck for future.

Plastic container? Foil lid?

Could you not have got some raw organic milk from the local farm and made your own yoghurt or bought local yoghurt? I shudder to think of the carbon footprint involved in bringing over your teabag, and yoghurt packaging from the far east, and then all the local manufacturing and shipping. The wastage of that foil lid sitting in a dumpground, forever, if not recycled and the needless energy involved in now reusing that plastic pot.

Shame on you.

I ate organic jumbo oats that came in paper wrapping today wink
I have to confess my sins .....the espresso came via a Starbuck's Nespresso Capsule !!
So it appears I have singlehandedly wrecked the planet .

The capsules are recyclable.

Perfect way to start the weekend and clear some of the Stella fuzz from last night's mauling of Stoke

Very nice.

And speaking as a Vale fan, I would like to congratulate you on your mauling of Stoke. Now obviously absolutely nobody likes Leeds, but occasionally circumstances permit a temporary relaxing of the normal rules.

It won't last, but for now at least, Leeds are ok.

And that toast is more than ok, and will be for a long time.

One of the eggs is a little overdone and not sure I'll be having much for dinner today but it did wonders for my hangover - that'll teach me to mix drinks :-(
