The eggs look pretty good to me. Maybe an inadequate toast-to-eggs ratio, and there's a rule somewhere (I forget which sub-section) about poached not being served with beans, but a solid effort I reckon.

thanks Jim it tasted fine. It was the only tattie left from last night hence only one.
It was more than the poached eggs on toast only that I had planned
That makes sense. It does rather look like poached egg on toast with a bit of mission creep, rather than an enthusiastic blood-and-thunder proper fry up.

I think comrades may have been thrown by the absence of either of the Big 2 ingredients. Fine eggs deserve recognition.

Are poached eggs hard to make? I don't think so.

Those Richmond sausages are awful, did you know it’s less than 42% pork the rest is god knows what.

Bit of a one-pan hotchpotch for me.

Stir fried mixed peppers, chorizo, bacon, chopped waffles, and chillis. Eggs over-easy in the spicy oil.

Are the "Big 2" bacon and sausage(s)?

Love the one-pan method. All the flavour straight onto the plate.

"Chopped waffles" laugh

For once, I'm lost for words: chopped waffles indeed. But I would definitely eat that.

Not sure but fluorescent pink's not a reassuring look.

Last night's barbecue finished at 0300 and I was slightly the worse for wear. Recovery plan included sliced left over courgette, refried sausage with chorizo, beans and eggs on toast. I'm now ready to face the afternoon.

Contender for weekend award.

Can't say ever tried frying eggs in chorizo oil. Have to try it.

Some strong efforts there chaps.

I had eggs failure, sloppy plating-up this morning plus a woozy head equalled not worth posting.

Because I will probably forget to take a photo once it's on the plate. Scrambled eggs not started yet.
