That makes sense. It does rather look like poached egg on toast with a bit of mission creep, rather than an enthusiastic blood-and-thunder proper fry up.

Last night's barbecue finished at 0300 and I was slightly the worse for wear. Recovery plan included sliced left over courgette, refried sausage with chorizo, beans and eggs on toast. I'm now ready to face the afternoon.

Definitely worth it, did it myself for the first time a month or so ago and it was a revelation!

A bit untidy ,well,, that’s the norm for me ain’t it sausages were from a Roadside van I passed on way home from a job as I wanted quick ,spam only takes A few mins a side in air fryer,as does chorizo,Phoned ahead for missus to put toms on the hob and I fried some eggs ,and half a bottle ,flat ,left from last night
