yesterdays effort, chorizo, spring onion and 3 cheese omelette, all fried in the chorizo oil so super tasty.

Today I’m attempting McDonald’s wraps home made. But with Sriracha mayo instead (its not really mayo it’s M&S it’s essentially sriracha hot sauce with cream instead of eggs

Shakshuka - tomatoes, peppers, onions, jalapeño, eggs, smoked paprika, cumin powder, chili powder, tomato purée, feta.

Not the prettiest plate of food but super tasty.

Love a toastie, and I had 1 lonely sausage left over from yesterday. Turns out I had 8 sausages yesterday...5 for brunch and 3 at the pub before dinner.

Finally managed to get something cobbled together, missing a few ingredients but it hit the spot.

Think it’ll be a takeout later when the missus is back.

Edit for a better pic

I’ll be honest, they were very, very slightly over. I did the “plate on the pan” trick to de-snot the last bit of the white and I didn’t get the plate on quite soon enough. 30 seconds earlier and they’d have been perfect. I may have to console myself with some Bavaria cooking lager...

I had mushrooms and potato cakes that needed to be used up, so I did. I obviously had some bacon as well and heated the potato cakes in the bacon grease. Oil was slightly too hot for the egg, but it worked out ok in the end. The bacon looks dry, but wasn’t.

Money shot, for the deviants amongst you (that’s everybody on this thread, frankly):

Bubble and squeak (red and white potatoes, with carrots and leeks), bacon, beans and a broken egg.

That's a runny plate old fruit - beanage reduction required, and a minus point for ketchup. I'd still eat it though.
