bled out and plucked today!!

Finally, after a year of avian misery mainly caused by un-told amounts of goose st, I am taking the upmost pleasure seeing the five little fkers getting "knocked over" by Andy, our local game keeper.

I can't wait to eat the evil little bds.

Unfortunately, you can't at the temperatures we have nowadays.

Apparently, they for a week or so & then goes into the freezer for a couple of weeks. A bit of a shame, really, but not a lot else you can do.
