Shape of ****ing tea bags

I don't get these pyramid/round shaped tea bags.

What's the point?
Put tea bag in cup leave till desired strength is reached take tea bag out.
What difference does it make what shape the bag is unless you're really in a hurry not to wait an extra 20 seconds. .

i believe the main reason for shaping them differently is to sell more of them, IMO nothing more than a sales tool.
