Hi
Quick question, can I just melt chocolate as the sole ingredient in the fondue or do I have to add cream / butter etc ?

I think it's just choc, though cream may help thin it slightly. Buttons usually work best in terms of melting easily.

Cream thins it to a better coating consistency. + a splash of brandy or rum.

Toblerone is good.
