Ive got a big turkey breast that weighs 5.71 kg, how long does it go in the oven for and at what temp?

depends on yer oven but generally:

Weight
Kg Without Foil
Hours/mins
2 1hr 10 mins
3 1hr 25 mins
4 1hr 40 mins
5 1hr 55 mins
6 2hrs 10 mins

get a skewer in it when it's had nearly enough time, if juices run clear, it's done.

If it's not already 'dressed', slit the skin (not the meat) in a couple of places and shove some slithers of real butter under the skin, then pour a light drizzle of olive oil over the skin and rub in a little sea salt, black pepper, lots of crushed garlic, rosemary and a little honey. Then put a couple of rashers of bacon over the breasts, cover with foil and shove it in a preheated oven as mentioned above.

Enjoy!
