Feta cheese, sundried tomatoes and parma ham. I usually do this in the George Foreman grill in a Ciabatta. Should work just as well in a toasty maker.

No idea what this book is like, and on the rare occasion I have a toastie it's normally a classic cheese & ham (mmmm ) but it might give you even more ideas
