For something sweet, try thinly sliced apple with a sprinkling of cinnamon and some sugar. Very very tasty...

cheese and sliced herta hot dog, dipped in ketchup. pure filth, and perfect for the evening after a heavy night before.

Feta cheese, sundried tomatoes and parma ham. I usually do this in the George Foreman grill in a Ciabatta. Should work just as well in a toasty maker.

No idea what this book is like, and on the rare occasion I have a toastie it's normally a classic cheese & ham (mmmm lick ) but it might give you even more ideas
