I know the original restaurant that established their name was bulldozed down in the mid 2000's and the owners relocated inland. Does anyone know if the restaurant is still in business and if so if any links are available

Well, well well, I've been visiting teh Camargue area for years and never heard of this place. Sounds like its worth a trip, although expensive...

Prand - thanks for your response however the first link is 'dead' and I think the France magazine article is c5 years old.
I guess this is the reason which sparked my original question as I cannot find anything recent on the Web
