Not sure how hot or nice this will be, I'm yet to open it, but the bottle is cool

Hottest sauce I've ever had. 1 level teaspoon is plenty for an entire plate of food.
I had to bring some back, just to remind me how toxic the stuff was.
I like spicy food, but this is taking a ridiculous amount of time to get through. 7 months on & there's still plenty left.

Love the fact that it gives no hint of the spicyness either!

Most bottles on this thread are black with skulls and reapers and names like colon eraser

Then this is all classy and homemade sounding, laugh

strange, didn't think the scotch bonnet was that lethal. Might have to look out for some sauces made from them.
Currently working my way through Marie Sharps habaero sauce:
https://www.hot-headz.com/marie-sharps-hot-habaner...

Love this one as a daily hot sauce, spices up boring veg without making me reach for yoghurt afterwards.

I think Scotch Bonnet must vary tremendously in clout.
Whatever is in the Blue Waters Inn sauce gives me hiccups & a bit of a sweating issue pretty much however little I use.

I had the chilli beer they do for xmas from one of the children, saw both in tesco

The beer was fking foul! Bit of a chilli kick, but the actual beer was so vile I couldnt drink it. Had to wash it down with lots of other normal beer to get rid of the taste

My newest:

Made with fried cod!

Delicious, hot but not unbearable. Seems to be the type of sauce to go with anything.

It's a great channel and that was one of the better ones, I loved the way he complained about the quality of the actual wings rather than the sauce and then pulled out and endless supply of items from his magic bag to fend off the burn smile

LOL yes. And then told them he would sponsor then to "get some decent fking chicken" hehe

The Magic Mary Poppins bag was cool too. I particularly liked how he always offered some to the host first before having some himself (eg. cutting the glazed donut up into slices and then offering the first slice to the host)

Not a massive chilli head, do enjoy watching Hot Ones though.

Picked up a bottle of Da Bomb earlier this week as a gift for a colleague. We tried a drop of it with our lunch and my word it packs a punch. Tastes foul but the heat level is bonkers.

I happened to be walking by a local chilli sauce shop today and stopped in. The owner was telling me how they are planning to have a Hot Ones event soon with the full line up of sauce including Last Dab. I bought a bottle of that as a gift in PHSS a year or two ago, really regret not ordering a bottle for myself.

Like others have said the encona Carolina reaper isn't that hot, nice tomato flavour tho.

Anyone tried the produce of the Chilli Brothers ?

Food stand at work (paella) had a number of bottles of theirs. A spicy (not particularly hot, but nice) tomato ketchup, and THIS one - I tried a small bit on a spoon and was initially worried as I've not had really hot food/sauces for a while so my tolerances are down and I could feel a rapid rise, but then it tailed off and left me with a very pleasant lingering warmth, so I assumed scotch bonnet, until I read the ingredients label. I'm tempted to get some but still have too many bottles to use up - just wondered if anyone else knew anything of them or what their other sauces are like.

He makes every batch by hand, so often there won't be any listed on his site if he has sold out or hasn't had time to knock up a fresh batch.

I check every week or so and put an order in when the stock is available, I did one order this week but was only able to buy 1x 1ltr bottle instead of the 2 a month I usually go through.

The smaller censored Holy F*ck bottle that they sell in butchers etc is made by a different company, he wasn't able to keep up with the demand for the bulk batches of smaller bottles that he had to make up in their 1000's so farmed it out.

I cannot tell you how good this sauce is, I put it on everything, it's by far the tastiest of all the hot sauces I've tried.

What's the site? You've convinced me, gonna get some tried. I'd like the hand made proper stuff though so big bottles only.

Obviously not a sauce but I don't think we have a "show us your hot food" thread?

Very tasty but also hot in a way that gradually builds so they can catch you out. Remember to wash hands!
I never liked the flavour of these. Had more of a throat burn than a tongue burn aswel, left a sort of heart burn feeling, but tasted more musky than having any proper flavour.
