What's the site? You've convinced me, gonna get some tried. I'd like the hand made proper stuff though so big bottles only.

He makes every batch by hand, so often there won't be any listed on his site if he has sold out or hasn't had time to knock up a fresh batch.

I check every week or so and put an order in when the stock is available, I did one order this week but was only able to buy 1x 1ltr bottle instead of the 2 a month I usually go through.

The smaller censored Holy F*ck bottle that they sell in butchers etc is made by a different company, he wasn't able to keep up with the demand for the bulk batches of smaller bottles that he had to make up in their 1000's so farmed it out.

I cannot tell you how good this sauce is, I put it on everything, it's by far the tastiest of all the hot sauces I've tried.
Just ordered some.

Any recipe recommendations?

No actual recipes, but I use it on everything from pasta to sandwiches. The hotter sauces I didn't find quite so nice hen I tried them a while back, plus for some reason they are £40 for a 1ltr bottle instead of £20 for Holy F*ck.

Fresh delivery today, sadly only 1 bottle in stock when I ordered.

Just wish his website had a ‘contact me’ where you could email and ask to be put on a list for a bottle of his next batch of 1L bottles. I’d love to try some of that! But I’ll keep checking on availability and keep my fingers crossed.

my bottle of holy fk arrived. It's not as spicy as other sauces but it sure has a flavour. There's almost a beefy smoky taste to it, will be ordering more.

Mrs O bought this for me the other day:-

I tried it with an adana kebab from a nearby Turkish grill emporium, and was deeply impressed.

Of course it had plenty of kick, but also a great tangy flavour that cut through the slight fattiness of the lamb.

Inexpensive also.

Currently enjoying this. It’s absolutely delicious; sweet with a decent hint of heat. I’ll definitely be buying some more

Yeah it's a good sauce that, like you say you get the heat yet retain the flavour.

Goes really well when applied liberally on chicken thighs before being put on the BBQ. Which reminds me - their BBQ sauce is very nice as well. Maybe the best I've had.

There is a chain take away in South Africa called Mochachos. They do sauce from mild to dynamite which stands a level above extra hot. I ordered a schwarma with dynamite and it’s by far the hottest chilli sauce I’ve ever tasted from a food outlet. Mental and it’s just over £1 in bottles

Not sure if this breaks the rules but, not bad, bit "raw" but nice enough on cheese on toast
