Ah, "gotcha'd"!

But I would contend that Kula Shaker's cover was more inspired by Deep Purple's arrangement and is not as good.

I've never actually heard the original, whether it be Billy Joe Royal's version or writer Joe South's version.

Every Byrds' cover of a Dylan original was better. My favorites in order would be 1) My Back Pages, 2) It's all over now, baby blue, 3) Mr. Tambourine Man, 4)The Times they are a changin'. And any Byrds' or Roger McGuinn's version of Turn, Turn, Turn over Pete Seeger's original.
