Beethoven 7th Symphony. My favourite classical piece. Powerful, emotional, uplifting, brilliant.

I had similar feelings I think Xmas 1979. It just wasn't what I thought it would be like.
Its been documented since about it being a Lindsey Buckingham heavily influenced record.

Soft Cell "The Art of falling Apart" Hits a mood and goes with it. Sleazy and desperate. I quite like it.

I have virtually all (no, I have all) the albums by all incarnations of Fleetwood Mac since I first saw them in the 60s.
Tusk as a double LP for me was a 'meh, no' time. I still have it, thought I'd sold it. Probably the least played LP of all music I've ever owned.
'Sara' was about the best track but bettered when released as a single and shortened by two mins from its long (almost six and a half mins!).

Oh, and not listening to anything right now. Better get some shuteye!

For me there's some fantastic tracks on Tusk, namely, Sara, Storms, Sisters Of The Moon, Angel, Beautiful Child.

I've been listening to the Oblivion film soundtrack by M83 a lot recently. At first I really liked 4 or 5 tracks but have really got into the whole album now. It's probably the best movie soundtrack music I've ever heard.
