Mother Love Bone's only album, Apple
I'm liking this!Hadn't heard before - typical Seattle sound, but immediately reminded me of New York band of similar era, Westworld - who I always liked a lot. Immediately easy to get on with, well produced.
But comes with a sad story I see.
Going to be on my favourites playlist for a week or two - thanks for sharing!
Today - rewatching and listening to a classic:

Looking back I still cannot get over how almost indifferent, how implacable, how rock steady (quite literally) and what an anchor, despite anything that's going to erupt in the awaiting mayhem around him is the dear old, late Ox. Genius - and maybe The Who actually only worked because of him???
(Answers on a postcard can be thrown out of the window and driven into any swimming pool near you...)

Also check out the soundtrack to Singles - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singles:_Original_Mo...
Black Country, New Road. Very interesting and very good in parts. The singer/speaker might become someone we hear a lot more of. But I am not sure it's something I would keep playing. Hopefully the second album will forego some of the random harsh noise and invest in a few additional tunes.

I have become obsessed with Dry Cleaning in a similar vein. Came across this on the way home from work last night whilst searching for something decent on the radio, 'Lights Behind The Eyes' by Dragon Welding....
