I mentioned this in passing to Mrs interloper, she seems to have talked her self into getting tickets for one of the Brum dates, oh no what a shame! To be honest we went to see them in 2014 on the 13 tour, thinking that would probably be the last time, it will be nice to see them one more time.
I first saw Black Sabbath back in 1973, the first of many incredible concerts. Don't know if I will go to one of these concerts as it may be the last chance of seeing them. Maybe it's better to remember the wonderful experiences of the 70s and 80s. Undecided at the moment. To me, Black Sabbath has to be Iommi, Butler, Osbourne and Ward.
Tried for Manchester on Thursday through Live Nation, straight in at 9:00am - all gone!!!!
Tried on Ticketmaster on Friday - same thing, bang on the button at 9 and all gone!!!
Then I remembered I've got an American Express account (don't use it now as not that many people accept it due to fees), so used that and got 2!
Woohoo!!

Just got back from seeing the Manchester gig. So that is the last time I'll see them live, unless anyone happens to have a spare ticket, for a reasonable price for Brum on the 4th Feb
Ozzy may be a mumbling fool resulting in not the clearest of vocals and out of key at times, but with Geezer and Iommi around him I can put up with Ozzy.

My Mrs took me to see Black Sabbath last night in Manchester as a birthday surprise, didn't know anything about it so was in awe when I got into the arena and she then gave me the tickets, the first band I've ever seen live! I was very very impressed with the show!
Got in without using the tickets? Saw them last night in Glasgow... I'm not a die hard fan (my better half is), but we thought they were brilliant. Ozzy was surprisingly animated and his voice sounded great all things considered. The rest of the band were great too, special mention due to the drummer...really talented guy.
They are on the front page of the BBC That almost beats when Lemmy died and was on the Sevenoaks Chronicle website next to someone stealing stuff from sheds.

It was, they were brilliant, only maybe bettered at the O2 Academy in Birmingham in May 2012 at a much smaller, more intimate venue, even Ozzy wasn't too out of tune/time and the musicianship of Iommi/Butler was just simply superb, but ...............http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-38841...

the last ever show, I was hoping for a bit more, something a little bit extra special
Having said that, I'd go again tomorrow
They'll be missed

Totally agree, I flew in from Azerbaijan for this, I loved every second of it, but I did leave feeling a little deflated, I just expected a little extra something, not sure what, but something one off to mark The End.the last ever show, I was hoping for a bit more, something a little bit extra special

They'll be missed
But I'd also go again tomorrow
