Saw Tom McRae at The Horn in St Albans last night. Just a small function room at the back of the pub, but an incredible set and everything I've come to expect from Tom, including a really nice tribute to Tom Petty at the end.
Great burgers in the pub too!
Did you happen to catch Lowri Evans and Lee Mason supporting Tom? Good friends of mine, she's got a superb voice. Great burgers in the pub too!
Just got tickets for the Wonder Stuff. I've seen them loads but I'm more excited about the support act. Neds Atomic Dustbin!
Been a bit quiet for me recently.
Saw Henri Herbet and the fury last night. Good stuff.
Going to see the last internationale supporting royal thunder in nov (thanks to whoever mentioned it above) would have preferred to see them headlining though
Airbourne in november and gogol bordello in december

Saw The Australian Pink Floyd show last night. Amazing gig. Really authentic sound and fantastic visual entertainment with a giant inflatable pig, kangaroo and headmaster and a massive illuminated circle with videos inside it ... particularly amusing during their rendition of Brain Damage when the words "the lunatic is on the grass" were accompanied by footage of various modern day politicians doing stupid things on grass, the recent Boris Johnson kid tacking incident, for example. Hope to see them again!

Saw them a couple of weeks ago in Birmingham; they were brilliant. Mrs Champers and Princess Junior, who had only a passing interest in attending declared it mind blowing.Turn7 said:
Booked Saturday night for Frank Turners Lost Evenings '18 @ the Roundhouse.
Pretty much my favourite live act currently.....
Likewise got the Saturday. We did the acoustic Sunday last year, it was excellent, but really looking forward to seeing Love, Ire and Song live. Pretty much my favourite live act currently.....
Every time I've seen FT it's been a brilliant show, him and the Sleeping Souls really are on top of their game.

UB40 at Cambridge Corn Exchange in a few weeks.
Is Ali Campbell back with them?We once booked them for an event and his brother did the singing. That was a bit disappointing but they were very good despite that.
Saw Jeffery Lewis in Birmingham on Thursday, was in excellent form, ably supported by the very energetic Duck Thieves

Got guest-list tickets to see Gary Numan at Brixton on Saturday. I'm told they may be backstage tickets. I've been nagging my mate in the industry to get these for me since the tour was announced.
Really looking forward to it, I'm about the same age as him, grew up with his early music. Love the way his sound has changed and developed, if he plays Down in the Park and Love Hurt Bleed I'll be happy as a pig in poo.
Just seen Goldfrapp mentioned above, would really like to see her/them. Might have a look whether there are any tickets yet (or bend matey's ear again!).

This being PH & all and having witnessed what happens when people post pictures of themselves, I think I'll refrain from posting it!
The gig was excellent, well up to expectations, massively enjoyed it.
