I toughed it out but it was quiet. Caused by the local authority who control the master volume, I believe.

Made a mistake on Sunday and watched The Who, but sacked them off halfway though 'Who Are You' to watch The Chemical Brothers, who were brilliant.

Clean Bandit - a very happy set which would have me dancing.
4 of the 5 girls are hot. The fifth less so.

Declan McKenna- young with very snazzy jacket but good guitar based indie rock. Quite like him but I suspect I'll like him even more in a couple of years.
He's only 18!

I love the eternal Radiohead debate hehe The fact that they change direction so often & make music that challenges you to get it is exactly what I like about them. For me there's nothing in the straight ahead Gonzo rock of the Foos, although they give good show, I freely admit, but I sat through the whole of the Foos & at several points thought - hang on, that's a Chuck Berry/Scotty Moore riff and it was.

it's Radiohead all day for me, something new every time.
I love that they did Lucky near the beginning of their set as it's one of my favourite songs they've done.
I really appreciate their later music too, In Rainbows was great can't say I loved Moon Shaped Pool though to be honest.
As for Atoms for Peace, Thom teamed up with the wrong Chili Pepper.

I like Goldfrapp and their music is powerful but i don't really think live they're anything special tbh if the Glastonbury performance I'm watching now is anything to go by.

Don't get me wrong, it is still a great collaboration, I just think it would be the next level or greatness if Thom and Frusciante worked on something together.

I think that she suffers massively with nerves.

Every band I ever played in - stting my pants up until the first song's done, then it goes away. Never shaken that off.

I first saw Future Islands on Jools Holland a while back, but the daft dancing kind of put me off them. Now however, I'm really getting into them! Their songs all sound quite similar but it looks like they put on a very good live show.

The Foo Fighters set was just amazing. I mean when they started to play Run and the guitar kicked in, lights flash, crowd goes mental. I'd have given anything to be there. I haven't been to a festival in over a year and I miss the crowds. I miss the mosh pits and I miss the chaos.

I'd have really liked to see Royal Blood too, again yet more awesome guitar riffs you can really jump around and pit too!

Watching this on Iplayer (wife loves her) & you're right, she's good. Quite happily accompany the missus to watch a performance like that.

Watched about half of a Best of Glastonbury prog on BBC2 last night.

They limited each act to one song ,which was good as they played some of my favourites ,showed the Difford and Tillbrook

Up the junction with kazoo backing band which was genius and at the end ,with only 2 minutes left they showed something

by Ed Sheerboredom and I switched over.

Am listening to Chic. Damn good.
Brilliant show.
Jeeeeeeeeesus the bass player blowing my mind !
Jerry Barnes. He's something else, even if he is channelling Bernard Edwards genius bass lines.
Something else being nothing remotely like the Chic sound we know and love?

Killers smashed it with All These Things and Mr Brightside....Brandon said that 'you do the John Peel stage twice in your career, once on the way up and once in the way down'.....I feel this was a big of a swan song for a fantastic band. The crowd were amazing....must admit I had tears in my eyes singing along with my teenage daughter. Those two songs in particular bring back so many many memories singing along in the car.
They headlined the Pyramid stage ten years ago on the Saturday night. Good, but far too quiet - I was near the farm and I struggled to hear them over the people around me.
Brilliant set as always, swangsong? no no way please.

NormL and natural, every performer at any level will admit to pre performance nerves. s soon as the first notes are played it's like a release.

They're showing Ed Sheeran again in BBC1. Can't be arsed turning it over 'cause I'm off to bed soon. It's like watching a support act.

I caught the first two minutes tonight but I did watch most of his set last week. I laughed at all the girls going mental in the first row and a guy totally disinterested and playing on his phone.

I don't get the hype at all. Worse still my daughter has asked me to get tickets for his tour. No doubt they'll be vastly overpriced and it annoys me they sell tickets a year in advance.
