Certainly does not sound like a Ferrari starting up so I assume this film was made independently of Roxy Music at a later date.

I believe the video was done by someone else at a later date and not connected to Roxy Music.

Ferrari with coachwork by Fiorenzo Fantuzzi. Originally a V12, not sure what it has now. It was called "The golden Ferrari" and was driven by Terence Stamp in the Fellini film "Toby Dammit".
