Dead Blonde Stars on Friday were brilliant. Loud, exactly on point and a great bunch of lads as well - ended up having drinks with a few of them, so Saturday a.m. was a bit tough hehe

+1 to that. Saw them in Paris last year, and got the full benefit of their amazing screens and lights, but weee virtually at eh from tonight and could see every wrinkle! Just brilliant.

Enjoyed Richard Ashcroft too, but 40 minutes was enough for us.

Next - to Download...

back from berlin at the weekend to see Guns n Roses. absolutely loved it, set not quite as long as last years at slane castle. but they still know how to put on a show. also the manic street preachers on support were also brilliant, even though they only got 30mins.

now to keep this party going for the rolling stones at murrayfield on saturday!

Awesome. Saw the Wildhearts on the Britrock tour recently and will be seeing him again solo in Bristol in July. Looking forward to it a lot as his recent solo stuff has massively outshone the last few Wildhearts albums for me.

Agreed. Deserve more recognition / success than they've achieved.

When the world is fawning over Greta Van Fleet as the new Led Zep, it seems criminal that these guys haven't recieved the "new grunge" title.

It was just him and another chap on acoustic guitars, no support act either; bloody brilliant.

Every time he tours it seems it's something different, but it's always brilliant, I prefer seeing him solo over the wildhearts now... still go to both every time thoughh.....
