My specialist subject has arrived... I love the 92/93 breaks, especially the darker stuff but it was a year or two early for me (plus it never really flew in Scotland) so I'm hopeless with the names. Scottish bouncy techno and Dutch gabber from the next few years is my game.

Top thread ! Don’t remember much from 1990 - 93 . . . But I was on the flyer for one of the fantasia raves ! So I must have been there ..

This thread is still giving me loads of forgotten or undiscovered gems and the odd track I still have on vinyl somewhere in my shed.

I used to dj and play out quite regularly. The last time my decks were set up was in 2012 in my first house in Bristol. Two weeks later we discovered my wife was pregnant, I had to pack away my gear to make room for a cot and my gear is still languishing in storage 10 years and one house move later. Hopefully my kids will get into mixing.
