This may not be a popular PH choice, but Olivia Rodrigo’s set started well but has just got better and better.

Chist on a bike, Olivia whatever her name is, is absolute drivel.

Just realised the other thread has been merged to this one.

Re the comment about iPlayer sound; it seems fine to me having got set up for our friends coming. Got it on my projector, sound through Arcam & MK Sound set up and twin subwoofers.

Fair enough!

Just read that Greta had paid a surprise visit to one of the stages earlier giving her usual rambling speech, with a microphone, on a stage, at a festival, that is predominantly powered by diesel generators.

Lol.

Noel looks like he's in serious pain when he sings

I was only familiar with one of her tracks, but it seemed quite a reasonable set. Turned over for Gallagher, lasted about 10 minutes, and switched back over.

Just a bit overrated since Oasis in my view.
Can’t agree with that - I’m surprised that Noel’s voice seems to have improved over recent years. I don’t remember it ever having that much to it.

And as I write this he launches into a really lacklustre version of Whatever and just reminds me how much better it sounds with Liam singing laugh

Oh well, it’s all about the nostalgia for a 44yr old like me!!

Liam definitely has the better voice. Would love to see Oasis reform

I'm sure they’re absolutely devastated that their bodies have failed to please you.

Noel writes the better songs, but Liam has the best performances

I’d agree, for a 19 year old she did OK. Can’t have done that many big venues.

Funny I would listen to the band without Noel, he should get another singer.
