I always thought "You suffer" by Napalm Death, all 1.3 seconds of it, was quite catchy.

Too many to choose. So many, from so many years & so many genres, it's hard to know where to start.

Here's a few, anyway..

Ram Jam - Black Betty

The English Beat - Tears Of A Clown

Three minutes is quite generous, should be two!

Anyway then, two similar utterly fantastic concise rock tracks (actually also brought up on other threads recently too) -

Idlewild - "A Modern Way of Letting Go" (2:24)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3dQBxn34Bw

Soulwax - "Much Against Everyone's Advice" (2:48)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmMOE9zc7qw

I also nominate the lovely "Lucky Now" by (the recently sadly disgraced!) Ryan Adams (2:52)
