Anything by Five Horse Johnson, Eric Oblander plays harp and sings,

I hope he don´t have stroke on stage, breathing in and out through the instrument.

Sometimes he sings through the bluesharp mic with a "telephone" sound, like in the vid I linked below.

Absolutely great bluesy/stoner band, reminds me of ZZ Top on roids.
