Gig Plans - 2022
Discussion
So far I have:
Evanescence - April - Glasgow Hydro
Kings of Leon - - June - Glasgow Hydro
The War on Drugs - April - Edinburgh Corn Exchange
Pearl Jam - July - London Hyde Park
Pearl Jam is rescheduled and I'm really looking forward to it, but it clashes with TRNSMT locally and the Saturday line-up was looking really good - Stokes/Foals/Fontaines DC/Jimmy Eat World/Maximo Park.
There's so many artists trying to get back out on tour and only so many dates, people and £ to spend - difficult choices will be made by many!

I've got Within Temptation/Evanescence in Brum in April fingers crossed. Also Jimmy Carr at Wrexham but the venue went bust in Sept so unlikely that will go ahead.
Want to book Helloween Manchester, Geoff Tate Stoke and WASP as well. See how the start of 22 holds up before booking foreign bands.

Ooh I forgot, front 242 in February - only been waiting 2 years because of some damn bug apparently.
Ironically I'd have bought the tickets just after we sawRammstein Till Lindeman, lead vocalist two years ago, a band undoutedly inspired by the likes of front 242, and a gig my Mrs figures (retrospectively) she was spreading the disease. Oops. Hopefully this represents some symbolic closing of the circle and life shall return to normal.

Was interested'ish Foals at Brixton O2 ....not at £120 ticket though, really?
It's mad what some artists charge, and yet others who are just as big or even bigger will charge less at the same or a similar venue, I guess they charge what they can get away with but sometimes I look at these figures and to me it just says alot about them and what they think of their fans. Biffy who I was supposed to be seeing tomorrow in Kingston, circa 2000 capacity, £15.
