Techno techno techno techno!

I must confess, having put on that Garnier set earlier, I listened from beginning to end. It remains my favourite mix of all time, and that last half hour is absolutely outrageous, more so as I saw him@Pure about the same time as the broadcast, and the last half hour was broadly the same, the rest of the set was more "Techno" than the EM: he played the various aurora borealis mixes, red 2, damon wild etc.
Now as I've mentioned red 2, and I've just polished off Dave Clarke's EM, it's only fair to continue the baron of techno theme...

I've seen Dave many times over the years, he always delivers, somewhere between astonishingly good, to tear this place to bits. He's comfortably in my top 3 nights out, the best was at a club uk night @subclub, dave was sporting a rather fetching australia rugby top (!), the visceral cheer when he dropped this will never leave me. Imagine all the absolutely amazing tunes you play, and the biggest reaction of the night is one of yours. Hard on material.
Told this one before, never one to shy away from boring folk. Was playing a house party, mid-summer, one of those we'd fired up duvets over the windows to try and cheat daylight for a few more hours. We'd had a good night (and morning), hit something of a lull...I thought it might be time to step it down a bit, however, I had this...
As it played, one bird, who I'd purchased some purple ohms from earlier in the evening, marched up to me, wagged her finger in my face, and told me she was just going up the road. Anyway, she took her jacket off, and stayed a (good) bit longer.
