Proabably this one. Alice Martineau - Inside of You. (3rd track down).

This was a song she wrote for her boyfriend.

A very poignant song when you consider she wrote this whilst waiting for a Heart Lung & Liver transplant. Sadly she died in 2003 at the age of 30, before she could get a transplant. frown
