I think I would be inclined to use Araldite on that. Good luck however you do it.
Not Araldite, but I have used an epoxy resin to stick it all back together. Going to see how tight the threaded inserts are, I might end end up machining out the holes and fitting some ash plugs. Next decision is if I can be arsed refinishing it, or leave it as is, as mentioned earlier in the thread, I do not have the patience to paint it properly.

Nice Custom, worth a bob or two these days as well.
One of the Fenders I liked but haven't owned are the 72 Tele Custom and Tele Deluxe.I remember about a decade ago when I bought my Classic Player Jazzmaster the Mexican Tele Customs were about £480, Deluxe was about £600. Prices on eBay are at least £3-400 more.
Heres my Jazzmaster btw only mods are USA soap bars, some old witch hat knobs and a Gotoh bridge for more stability with odd tunings.
and with my other Fender.

This is entirely subjective, but why does a Strat look so good and a jazzmaster look so awful, like it belongs firmly in the 60's and was left in front of a fire to melt?
My old dog was called Fender and if I was asked why I would say "think of an electric guitar. The one you're thinking of is a Fender". I meant a Strat, of course.

I have always thought the Jazzmaster looked ste, but it does have a lot of vociferous defenders. My old dog was called Fender and if I was asked why I would say "think of an electric guitar. The one you're thinking of is a Fender". I meant a Strat, of course.
I tried a Jazzmaster after I bought my Jaguar, but while it felt quite similar to playing a Strat with the same scale length, I couldn't get on with the pickups as they were incredibly bright, though apparently that's pretty typical. (Apart from variations that use humbuckers or even P90s since the original jazzmaster pickups aren't P90s, but a 'wide' single coil).
It's probably an age thing, but I found the shape of the Jaguar/Jazzmaster has grown on me over the years, but I was surprised to find that mine is much heavier than my Strat. There is a lot of extra wood in that shape and metal too with the plates and trem. Colour dependent for me too; I'm not so keen on the 3 tone sunburst mine came in, but I'd always planned to do some mods and respray it, currently fancy CAR if I don't change my mind by the time I get round to it. I particularly like the shorter scale for certain songs as I have small hands and it's less of a stretch, so I'm less likely to strain my ageing hands...
I personally find this quite attractive, but I'm sure others would think it's ugly/fussy:

My Vintage V:
I added the Maestro trem and roller bridge. Couldn't resist the temptation to remove the scratchplate and have a look inside. Was a bit disappointed to see three mini-pots, but pleasantly surprised to discover both pickups were 4-conductor. HMM!!
Also had a Gibson Explorer back in the late '70s, this was my first proper guitar and one I regret selling to this day.

Just remembered that I put a recording of my V onto YouTube:
