Music video of car driving through a town without stopping

About a year ago i saw this music video which might of been some sort od rock music if i can remember properly . It features a on board camera and the car doesnt stop for any red lights or pedestrians thru a beatiful town , maybe somewhere like france,sweden or chech republic .

Video was for a Snow Patrol single, the footage was taken from a French film "C'etait un rendezvous" recorded in the 70's. Filmed in one take through Paris.
