So.

What's your favourite album released in 2008 and why?

Which one do you keep going back to and it's just fantastic every time you listen to it?

I'll kick off:

MGMT - Oracular Spectacular

Amazing use of musical instruments, electronic sounds and fantastic lyrics. Some truly haunting tracks!

Over to you thumbup

Mods: Please don't move this to the Music section for at least......a year(?)......or it'll just die a rapid death and never be see again

Can I answer this on monday? Because judging from what I've heard so far, I'm hoping I'll be able to say Chinese Democracy by Guns n' Roses

My mate has. When it looked likely that the album might actually come out, I've decided not to, but in Italy they've been playing extracts of "Scrape" and "If the world" on the radio, and the full version of IRS, so I've heard some "finished quality" stuff. And the CD single of course. I just want to open the CD and there be 1 or 2 new songs on it I've never heard.

I find Nickleback the most bland, boring, hideous music on the market.

Each to their own.
