I see in the news that the lead singer of the Cramps has died.

I know from previous threads there were quite a few fans of them (me included).

That's a real shame. Hugely original and influential singer/writer.

The Cramps made a sound like no one else, strangely great for driving to.

Stay Sick!

Thanks for the heads up.
That's a real shame. The Cramps represent a real point in time for me. The leather and gloss white paint. The blood, sweat and dancing.

Do the Hammerlock!

Very sad news - especially for Poison Ivy as they'd been together so long.

Couldn't think of a place to go in Manchester where they would play a bit of Cramps to wreck to as a way to pay my respect last weekend..
