They seem pretty hard to get hold of the only one I've found is http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Roland-V-drums-TD-8-electron... but i've found a few sites with TD9's 10's 12 and 20's if they are any use to you?

I think the TD8s have been superceded by the TD9s, so they will be pretty hard to find brand new nowadays.

yes The TD9 is amazing, wicked bit of kit & has all the latest gizmos that an older TD8 doesnt have. Though you should have bought one a couple of months ago before the prices shot up. They went from about £1,200 for the KX to nearer £1,500 now.

Ive got one!

I use a td8 and a td3 togethor to fire up 4 crashes, 1 ride, 6 tom pads, 1 snare pad 1 hi-hat and 2 bass drums. Most of the time now i just send midi to the PC and use toontracks samples fired after a midi drum mapper/loopb1 midi port sorts out the numbers.

If you get one the Vexpressions stuff is Ok. And it all fits in the back of a Ford Focus, bliss!

Maybe better looking for a TD6...? Quite a few second hand and a grand kit.
