Yes.

From what I've heard I dont mind them - I've never listened to a full album though, but expect I may get bored before the end unless I am in exaclty the right mood..

Yes, I have all their records and remixes, and all of Jack Dangers solo stuff except for the Music for Planetarium CD

Also all the pre-MBM Perrenial Divide stuff too.

Some ct nicked nearly all my original MBM stuff back in the 90's. I had a few super rare acetates & white label dub-plate remixes that were never released & probably never to be found again. I remember you Jim wherever you are, you fking thieving southern tt... I've replaced most of it now but with re-pressings & re-issues which pisses me off because I'm anal like that.

Seen 'em live a bunch of times along with Consolidated, Beatnigs, Disposable Heroes, Test Dept. etc.

Yep but the only track I've really listened to of theirs was 'Point Of No Return' off the awesome Hot-Wired Monstertrux compilation back in the early '90s. Only had it on tape though and I can't find it anyway on CD!

Seconded - it looks like it was discontinued really early on. (although I have heard a few more MBM tracks than that...I was more into Nitzer Ebb, Excessive Force, Murder Inc., and that side of things)

Leant Hot-Wired out to someone at Uni and never got it back...p'd off as there's a couple of tracks on there I couldn't track down afterwards...

God this takes me back. I haven't listened to MBM, Nitzer Ebb, Revco etc for a long time. Someone mentioned Consolidated - still one of the best live shows I'd ever been to (no idea when but I remember it was in Ladbroke Grove). For those of you who are interested, check out The Myth of Rock, Friendly Fascism or Play More Music. Don't bother with anything after this lot

Saw them a handful of years ago (so admittedly after their best) and they were pretty poor...came across like they didn't really care anymore.

Revco at manchester uni was a cracking gig, remember htiing the tabloids as some MP banned them from importing cattle which they wanted at the front of the stage smile

I thought it was the fact that Herr Jourgensen's mic stand had real cattle bones on it that had the MP foaming at the mouth? Considering some of RevCo's lyrics that should've been the least of his worries really!

Check out Union Carbide on You goddam son of a bh. One of my faves. I thought the cattle mic stand was used only for Ministry gigs?

think they had as revco in manchester

I recall the infamous Nottingham Rock City gig of Ministry where they came on 1.5 hours late due to Al Jourgensen jacking up and requiring medical attention before they were due to come on (allegedly)

they were brilliant by the time they finally got their arses on stage
