Didn't Weired Al do a version of Michael Jackson's "Beat It"? It was called "Eat It" I think...

Here's a pretty insane version of 'Born To Be Wild', used in the closing credits of the Borat movie,
by Fanfare Ciocarlia ...

Wierd Al Yankovic has done dozens of comic records based on other peoples songs, wikipedia is your friend.

On a slightly more local (to me) note, there is a chap in around here called "Blobby Williams", who does a fantastically funny version of "Let me entertain you", with the words changed to "Let me eat the menu".
