Led Zeppelin - In Through the Out door. Outer sleeve was brown paper bag with the title on it in one corner. Then inside was the main cover which had a picture of man at a bar. There were six versions each one showing the same man from the view point of one of the other customers. Then inside that was the final sleeve which had a black and white line drawing (can't remember what now) which if you wet would change colour.

Also Fishbone "The Reality of My Surroundings"

When you open it out its all the band in a room.

I like this. Simple but quite modern for it's time:

The two best muse album covers are also their two best albums.

Obligatory.

Sometimes simple is better

Lifeforms by Future Sound of London.

Impressive interior sleeve too.

When I was a kid I shared a bedroom with my older brother. He had these two painted in full size across two walls. They were painted by my cousin and the likeness to the actual album covers were amazing. One of my other cousins couldn't sleep in my room with Abominog on the wall!

Very little beats Roxy's best for me...

Slylish and slightly sleazy. Perfection.

Always loved Hugh Symes work with Rush, particularly Exit Stage Left which featured scenes from all their albums up to Moving Pictures.
