Conan the Barbarian by Basil Poledouris, lots of great songs that really enhance the film. He also did Robocop and Starship Troopers, not as good but still memorable and, I think, expressing the themes of the two films - corporatism and fascism .

The Terminator theme by Brad Friedel, absolutely haunting melody. I saw the a double bill of the first two films in the cinema a few years ago, Judgement Day was just as good as I remembered it but the first film was even more amazing, it gave a real sense of destiny, hurtling towards an apocalyptic future and the score contributed a big part to that.
