What are you planning to do with it?
A Lexus RX300/350 seems like a good middle ground to your list. More ground clearance than something like a forester but not proper off roader like a disco or the terracan.
I find mine like a tall car than proper off roader so it still handles reasonably well. It’s not as competent off road as a disco but for crossing fields or easy green lane it’s fine.
Reliability is good as it’s based on a Camry too.
