help with bike and stupid garage

i went to this garage to order some parts for a superbyke (some rubish remake), i took the wheel with me and told them what parts i want and told them not to fit them but to give them to me to fit they said that would be fine but leave the wheel so we can make sure evrything is the right size and stuff and they quoted me £57. but now they phone up and said all your parts have been fitted onto wheel and charging me £140, i ask them not to fit the parts and they said that was fine when i took the wheel there and they also they ordered and fitted a part that i didnt ask for what should i do?

I'd start with the spellchecker, then perhaps punctuate it a tad,then just maybe find the bike section.
