Looking at buying either a 4x4 or a enduro bike for a bit of off road fun and wondered where i could use these new toys? Any suggestions would be great thanks!

Hi,
note that unsurfaced rights of way are NOT off road - they are very much ON ROAD so any vehicle used MUST be road legal and used with care and consideration. Might be worth joining either the Trail Riders Federation if motorcycle or GLASS / CRAG / AWDC if four-wheeled.

GLASS - Green Lane Association
CRAG - Countryside Recreational Access Group
AWDC - All Wheel Drive Club

if you want to know more, PM me, I quite often get into Shropshire to go laning and might be able to find a vehicle for you to ride in for the day.

OK,
PM me and I will email you next time I plan a trip to Shropshire, there are plenty of hard-surfaced lanes so no need to get stuck.

Will do. Although I'm good for the thick/deep muddy stuff now as I have a better 4x4 with muds on.

Did a lane up near the end of the m42 last wk where the mud was almost upto the axles

Last car that got me stuck was my folks zooki vitara fat boy on low profile tyres lol.

Pm on the way smile
