Last spring, a friend and i, draged a little SJ410 out of a hedge, the wheels where all seized, brakes all seized, and the engine had a blown head gasket. It had been parked up 8 years previously, and become overgrown. So we had a little project!

The list of jobs we did on it is too long to remember, but we got it through an mot with alot of time spent on it!
We took it out a couple of months ago for its first major test, we had clutch problems and it didnt last very long, we where towed home.

We replaced the clutch for the second time. We used a better quality clutch, fitted a new cable, to get the adjustment better, and tried not to abuse the clutch so much.

This little thing is amazing! It just goes anywhere, really suprised at how good it is, the only 'mods' we have are the tyres! It was doing things that much more advanced/expensive kit was struggling with.

I've just recently sold my SJ. frown On the plus side, I get to take the Shogun off-roading again! smile

top stuff , want one , well another one , had one 10 years back and abused it until it died . It did take some killing
