IT Recruitment Agencies / Websites

I am looking to move to Dubai for 2-3 years and am about to start looking for jobs out there.

Are there any good Recruitment Agencies or Websites I should use. I am Business Analyst working in the IT sector, currently working for a large Multi-National IT services/Applications company.

I only have 2yrs experience, I have an ISEB qualification in Business Analysis and am working towards a Black belt in Lean Six Sigma, what are my chances of getting a decent job and what sort of Salary can I hope to be earning?

I'm not sure what it's like in IT, but degree qualifications and experience count for a lot in the UAE. In fact I'm not even sure that you can get a work permit...

Lots of jobs are filled by non-western staff and tend to be paid a lot lower than you would expect in the UK. And cost of living is rocketing in the UAE at the moment.
