Dubai will be a lot worse than the UK due to the relative lack of properties in the UK, there are so many unoccupied buildings in Dubai that on a falling market buyers will simply be able to drive the price down more.

Having been born and partially brought up in the UAE it is interesting to see how this all develops.

There is still a lack of property in Adu Dhabi and Ras al Khamir (sp) will be for more tightly controlled then Dubai wrt development.
