No you do it in a vacuum chamber, you just need to hold your breath while you do it
How does that work? It’s still going to be wet, so you get water vapour in your mix which is the whole problem with compressed air.

As a current motorsport tyre engineer I am in the same boat. The difference is negligible for the vast majority of cars.

made absolutely no difference for me , still nothing ventured nothing gained. i,m now looking at getting some driver tuition instead.......................... from my girlfriend because she knows everything about everything.
