Up until a week before Christmas I was doing the Ginetta G50 Cup. Sponsor pulled out! Now looks like I'm doing MR2's....

I assume my o/h is racing in the BARC Westfields (he has since replied below)for the second year (so I will hear Marks voice again over the loudspeakers).

(and of course for those spotters, the car has the obligatory PH sticker on the back)

I'm hoping to finally get my Westfield back out again after a few years off and will either run it in the 750MC Kit Car championship or possibly move over to the BARC Westfield championship.
Would be good to see another 'new' car out with BARC Westfield championship. I'm hoping to be out in that series this year. Car 41 (PH sticker on the back!)

frodo monkey - you're the first person to mention NSSCC on here, i've been watching for a while.

I'll be doing my first year of racing this year, NSSCC in a fiesta.

Keep your eyes open, i'll be at the back, or more likely still in the pits........

Just debating whether to race for the 3rd year in the Castle Combe Saloon Champs or do something around the country / different tracks in something like the Tin Top series, poss the Nippon Challenge. Also want to look at some longer/endurance events but need to do some more digging on those. Maybe I'll just do a selection of each. Choices, choices. Plus will do the odd outing in my Radical. Can't wait...

The plan is to do British GT's again and hopefully a few more rounds of Grand AM in the US of A.

Also looking at the new SEAT Supercopa in the UK (to be launched offically at the autosport show) - particularly the Eurocup round supporting the WTCC at Brands. Tested the new car and its a great package.

At the end of the day though, its a recession, all my racing is funded with sponsorship so I'll have to take what I can get I suspect! If anyone has any suggestions let me know - I'm not fussy (or poncy!) I'll drive anything!

As you probably know if you have seen some of my other posts, I am a great advocate of the CSCC Tin Tops series. Not really endurance events but at 30 min for practice and 40 min for a race, they are longer and better value for money than most club series. Come and join us!
