This year was really just a testing session to see what kind of pace we are on. Now we know where the car (and my driving!) needs work we can put then right over the Winter and start 2010 a bit nearer the middle of the pack.

The first round is normally Donington Park, late March, early April, so watch this space

Fantastic - all credit for picking an unusual non conformant car and being bloody minded enough to get it working. It's not easy I know.

I have very old Autosports here from the 60's and see that the Beetle used to compete in saloon car racing in Europe, I never thought I'd see it in the modern age so these photos etc did make me smile.

By the way, here are some Beetles in historic racing from Europe if you haven't already seen it, it's mental. They are clearly allowed a few more mods than us!!
