Before you rush out and buy it, find out what the actual weight is empty.
Ive not seen one of these thats not overweight once youve put spares, wheels fuel and the car in. Especially if its got a lift on the back.
Youre a sitting duck for a VOSA inspection (tacho as well).
In some cases youre better off with a decent un-signwritten van and an RS5 trailer as you wont need a tacho if its your own kit and saves a lot of arse-ache.

What benfits do you see from running a bigger truck over a van and trailer??

weight its a big issue, one of the reasons we've taken a long time looking..

I've run vans and trailers for years, and trailers are a pita as well and more easily stolen. a tuck gives us one unit to store, and gives us more space to put things ( within the weight limit) loading the truck is much easier than fannying around with our covered trailer.

it also gives us a good base for the awning.. and somewhere to hide when the weathers crappy.

I also happen to have a tuck fetish...
