Haha I wouldn't go that far! Just a minor hiccup. You'll all be pleased to know that I'm now in possession of the stickers (bloody hundreds of them), and in the process of packing them up to be posted.

However bizarrely our main office (which I'm not in) has had a power cut, and it's where our post room is so their franking machine isn't working today. So apologies for another delay, but fingers crossed these will all be in the post to you on Monday. Thanks for bearing with me, hope you all have good weekends!

First batch has finally gone out today. It's taking me a lot longer than expected to get them packed up so please bear with me, getting there slowly!

I'm away for the next couple of days, but hoping to have the rest packed up by Friday.

Oh god no, I need a break! I'll start another thread for the next batch, but it'll be in a couple of months I expect. Having said that, I'm going to put some thought into how we can simplify the process and make it less time consuming, so something else may come sooner.

That is bizarre – they were all sent by Friday the 8th 2nd class so really should be with you by now. I think you have to leave it 14 days before making a claim with Royal Mail, so if they're not with you on Friday this week, let me know and will look into it.

Sadly all we can do is make a claim against Royal Mail for losing it in the post. Either you or I can do that – if there are a few of you then I'm happy to try and make a claim for all of them in one go. It has to be 10 working days so I don't think I'll be able to make the claim until Monday, so if anyone still hasn't received them by then, let me know and I'll look into making a claim.

No don't worry about that, I'm sure I can get a few done. I've been to the post room to check with the team and they were definitely all franked and sent out, so I'll look into making a claim. So just to confirm...

Our supplier, Neil at Race Graphics, has been keeping an eye on this thread. Before I've even got to the point of looking to make a claim with RM, he has recut the lost stickers and sent them out to me so I can pass them onto you guys FOC. That's exactly why I like to support small businesses, what a service!

I'm out of the office now until Tuesday, but as soon as I'm back in I'll get them posted out to you all. There were a few of you I missed off the initial order, but these were also posted out yesterday too. Hopefully everyone will have them then!

Looks like Royal Snail finally caught up and the original ones sent 2nd Class have turned up along with the replacements. Don't worry though, as we'd assumed they'd been lost.
