Unable to place order on shop

The Catcha annoyance generator thing is not working. Tries about ten times and it always says you have entered the wrong word.

Not a good start for the new shop i will hold off ordering some bit for a while untill it all settles down!

Hello Mr Passion. I am sorry you have had issues with the "captcha" element of the ordering process. It is not however something we have been able to replicate. I am not sure at what time you tried to place your order, but we did successfully receive orders within the hour either side of your post. The techies say that your cookies could be turned off or you could have some sort of adware spotting software that is blocking cookies. Cookies are, apparently as well as biscuits, a vehicle to make your web access operate more smoothly. Please call us if you experience the problem again. OilyRagMan, we do check the forum regularly, and I think I had probably just swapped PistonHeads for a cup cocoa and a bedtime story as FridayPassion was posting! I think you will find all is relatively settled now but we will continue to iron out any small problems and move forward in a positive manner. We welcome any comments that will help us improve the service, the product range or any other elements of our relationship with the PHers. Assuring you of our best intentions.....Dan
